Georgia Trusio – President & Founder of Georgia Mentors, Georgia Trusio began her career with AT&T in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she gained extensive experience in operations, sales, and marketing. She seized every opportunity to understand the business world from multiple angles, building a strong foundation in leadership, collaboration, and client relations. Her sharp business acumen and professionalism positioned her for entrepreneurship, and she chose Atlanta as the launchpad for her journey.

Where she also Designed 360° feedback, succession plans, and executive coaching programs tailored to multicultural teams across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
As the Director of Training & OD for ESPN, Lata spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives such as Leadership Pipeline: Launched VP/Director development tracks, competency models, and onboarding programs; Global Alignment: Customized assessments for ESPN’s teams in Singapore, India, Brazil, and Europe; Change Management: Led SAP implementations and centralized Disney/ABC/ESPN’s global Centers of Excellence; Revitalized employee engagement through surveys, team development, and diversity integration.
As the Manager of Staffing & Diversity at ESPN, she built ESPN’s 5-year diversity strategy, partnering with Disney/ABC on recruitment campaigns and empowerment training; Modernized HR systems (ORACLE, PeopleSoft) and led a team handling global staffing, visas, and executive searches.
